The challenge

A small product needs good content regularly, in German and other languages, for the blog and social media. By hand that takes many hours every week. Freely generated AI texts, however, like to invent features and prices that do not exist.

The solution

A pipeline in n8n where every model has a clearly defined job. The facts do not come from the AI’s memory but live from the product. Nothing goes online before I approve the draft in Telegram.

How a post moves through the pipeline

  1. 01Topic planClaude plans the month’s topics.
  2. 02Text & imageClaude writes for each channel, OpenAI creates the images.
  3. 03Fact checkEvery claim is checked against live product data.
  4. 04ApprovalThe draft arrives in Telegram: approve it or request changes.
  5. 05PublishingBlog, Facebook and Instagram, plus English, Ukrainian and Russian.

  • 02Texts per channelBlog article, Facebook and Instagram post, each in the style of its platform.
  • 03ImagesCover images and social media graphics in the brand’s style.
  • 04Fact checkProduct facts come from the system via an API; rules and a second model catch false claims.
  • 05Approval via TelegramA preview with buttons: approve or describe changes, and the AI revises the draft.
  • 06Schedule & publishingBlog via the WordPress API, Facebook and Instagram via the Graph API, at fixed times.
  • 07TranslationsEvery article also appears in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
  • 08Weekly reviewEvery week an AI compares all published texts with the current state of the product and reports differences.
